These are the kinds of immigrants you actually want to get. The bright ones with work ethics who contribute to society and pay taxes. Here’s a link.

It’s like a probationary period, where in order to stay they have to keep their nose clean, pass a background check, go to college or the military, or keep steady employment, pay taxes, etc. It’s basically a set of incentives where America invests in people who invest in America.
