VOIP.  Friend of mine who built my computer and got me back into gaming clued me onto it.   Really nice, easy to use and free.

Even somepasswod managers do have issues separating the two steps.

Also reminder that capacity is limited to 10 until I renew the premium room upgrade... which I am more than happy to do (it's cheap), even tho I am personally looking to join tia's spoken chat assemblies for games this season.... I've never liked dividing my attention between the games and typed communications. A chat room is better than the game threads for delivering some sense of a group experience, but actual chatting is >> either typed alternative.
