<![CDATA[Browns D is 7th in points allowed this preseason]]>Hey, we're not doing too badly so far. In Points/Game, the Browns are ranked 7th in the league. Of course we've had some things go our way, but popping Vince Young on the 5-yard line and blocking a field goal are earned stops. It's just preseason, but better in the top 10 than the bottom. I wonder if we're heading for a bend-but-don't-break style of D this year.

Preseason doesnt mean shit as we all know.

You don't dominate games by letting opposing teams walk up and down the field, control field position, and dominate time of possession - regardless of whether or not you actually let them score touchdowns.

It keeps both your offense and their defense on the sidelines.

It's not horrible defense, but it's not the kind of defense that the motto "defense wins championships" was intended to refer to.

I 'll say this now, if wimbley doesn't have between 8~14 sacks this year...I say he's a bust for the first time. I like our OLB's and think it is also a strength albeit one with alot of unknowns....And finally....Our ILB's are average or below...thanks for the attempt , again
