Hey guys!

Lately my friends and I have been looking to purchase tickets to 1 of the games that is going to be played in Europe.

The ideal game was Seattle-Tampa in Munich (German fans are a sight to see, watching Brady play...)

But 600,000 people asked for tickets, and we have just lost the queue to get any of the UK tickets (300,000 people in the queue)

My question is, is this normal for EU games? do they resell the tickets, is there a trustworthy market, and are there any problems to get tickets later, since we lost "the first chance"? Probably there are hundreds of thousands of bots getting the tickets, but I thought it wasn't that difficult to get tickets.

You guys tell me (maybe EU games are a completely different story UK guys have more experience and can help more, idk).

I was pumped to see my first game live but now I'm a bit down. Thanks in advance!

I do dabble in the US Stock Market and do look up stocks (and companies of interest) like LYV here, parent company Ticketmaster.

The big news they just resigned the CEO for 5 years and a $3M annual salary a performance bonus from $10 to $17M (a lot in stock) and a signing bonus of $6M sounds like nice sports numbers, eh ?

So what does this all mean ? Well from that same LYV report they expect a booming comeback for live events like the NFL EU. Same thing as sports, right ?

.......LYV shares, which nearly tripled during the pandemic as investors bet on a booming comeback for live events, are down 30% so far this year to $84.63........

AND would I buy it, maybe.

More from Ticketmaster and the NFL EU games.

Ticketmaster Germany and the National Football League (NFL) today announced their partnership for the upcoming NFL Germany Games. The NFL will use Ticketmaster’s industry-leading sports ticketing technology to elevate all aspects of the experience for European fans.

Alexander Steinforth, NFL General Manager, Germany, said: “The NFL has enjoyed a long and successful partnership with Ticketmaster and we are very pleased to be extending this into Germany. Their marketing power and industry-leading ticketing solutions have helped the NFL bring the sport to a new audience and to committed fans, and I look forward to seeing this in action around our historic series of games in Germany.”

Ticketmaster already enjoys a long-standing global partnership with the NFL, having partnered on the London Games since 2007, alongside its highly successful partnership with the NFL in USA.

Klaus Zemke, Regional Vice President Central Europe, Ticketmaster said “Germany has one of the largest NFL TV audiences outside North America, so it’s no surprise that demand for tickets is enormous. We look forward to providing a first-class experience to fans for what is set to be a great new sporting tradition here in Germany.“

As part of its International Home Marketing Areas initiative, the NFL announced last year that four teams – Carolina Panthers, Kansas City Chiefs, New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers – were to be granted access to Germany for fan engagement, marketing and commercialization. The first regular-season game in Germany will take place at FC Bayern Munich Stadium, with Frankfurt Stadium to also host in future years.

The European NFL market seems to be exploding and the NFL wants to get into it ASAP and now they have the framework to encorporate it into the regular NFL season rather than just preseason games.

JAX and CAR have been quite enthusiastic about becoming a part of this process and all of the details around it like stadium size, field conditions, locker-room issues and much more.

I think that the regular American football fans are coming around to embrace the idea the big hurdle having regular season games being played abroad. Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys were in on the concept but that was in Mexico where there was already a substantial Cowboy following.

SO what do NFL fans in Cleveland, Ohio and NE Ohio and the Browns Backers around the USA and world think about it ?
