	Reminds me of that   Yugoslavia    which literally meant lower or southern Slavs  (or similar to that)  when Tito had the "job of"  running these  territories  all behind the  Iron Curtain.   He actually did a pretty decent job of it which showed itself when communism and the Iron Curtain fell apart.

	<span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#4d5156">But Yugoslavia pulled apart in pieces and the bitter wars that followed.   The USA even got involved there.   And I'm not taking any sides there.</span>
