However, the pardon applies only to federal crimes, not state crimes, and it remains unclear how, or if, Republicans could move to act on this possible loophole in the weeks and months ahead.

give this to  KY Rep James Comer (who had brought out all of the biden crime family business to light - banking, laundering , influence peddling etc) 

maybe a few brilliant minds can find a way to nail this guy through backdoor channels associates getting brought up on charges ?
