Just thought the reader would like to know how much money was being spend by USAID on the Palestinian Arabs in Judah and Samaria ("West Bank") and Gaza:

From that funding and the October 7th, 2023 massacre committed by the Gazen Palestinian Arabs against Israel, it is possible to conclude that funding the Palestinian Arabs simply encourages their barbarism. They have a conflict mentality and use anything given to them, for conflict.
