I had a dual hammy in my mid 20's on each side (thighs)... I stretched out for a pass playing flag ball.. pulled both hams on each side.. It took me a month to recover...

know what else? too many don't seem to be able to have much confidence - they just don't seem to have a basis for believing in themselves. And, all to many of them don't understand how to create stuff, fix stuff, and they get bored - can't entertain themselves. They are just used to being entertained.

Kids don't get outdoors like they used to, and too many don't learn a legit work ethic.

I always thought they were a joke they were so easy.. Then a few classmates weren't able to pass the test so.  I'm betting it will be way worse now..
