	it's an old classic. There is this American intel officer assigned to meet with
</p>

<p>
	someone important overseas, in Europe, during WWII. I think it was actually based on a true story.
</p>

<p>
	But nazi spies were all over the place there, following him, and soon drugged him at a bar, and kidnapped him.
</p>

<p>
	The whole idea was to find out from him the details of an impending invasion, which was Normandy.
</p>

<p>
	   Instead of the gestapo torturing him to get it, they devised an elaborate phony hospital, where everyone was a nazi, but they spoke English. They convince him he had been in a coma for six years, and the Americans won the war. That they were in an American hospital - in Germany.
</p>

<p>
	  Quite an amazing story - it was a terrific old black and white classic. That officer?
</p>

<p>
	was played by a younger James Garner.
</p>

<p>
	  Eventually, he makes an escape - and the person who he goes to for help - you won't believe who it was. He goes to see a minister in the village.
</p>

<p>
	  I'd give the movie an "A".
