			You might as well get Chris Weinke out of retirement.. He played 6 years at FSU then flopped big time in the NFL.. Same type of QB..

<p>
	That or the next George Plimpton.  That movie "The Paper Lion" I saw back in the day was very entertaining...

<p>
	Hey, now ! LOL big difference = Weinke had negative yards rushing some seasons.
</p>

<p>
	<a href="https://www.sports-reference.com/cfb/players/chris-weinke-1.html" rel="external nofollow">https://www.sports-reference.com/cfb/players/chris-weinke-1.html</a>
</p>

<p>
	His rookie year in the NFL, he had a franchise record 19 interceptions. In college, in 1998, he had 47 attempted rushes for -168 yards. In '99, 31 rushes for -109 yards. In 2000, he only rushed 31 times, for -97 yards. He could throw, though.
</p>

<p>
	************************
</p>

<p>
	Gronowski, in 2020, rushed 83 times for 577 yards. That's plus yards. lol Every year he had big plus rushing yards. Over his college career, he had 515 attempts for 2,312 positive yards. Not a legit comparison. Not just a big arm. We'll see.
</p>

	"Mark Gronowski was not invited to the 2026 NFL Combine despite a strong collegiate career and impressive performances, including being named the offensive MVP at the East-West Shrine Bowl. His exclusion has raised questions about the criteria for receiving an invitation to this premier event."
</p>

<p>
	yeah, well, he's still my third round pick, so the combine "experts" are wrong.

<p>
