Maybe I just need a good ol' history lesson here. I've obviously seen the elf before I just don't know when it was first associated with our team, or why.

That's just your opinion, man. I think we could use a little update. We still have the stripes on the jerseys. I like it. I think this is staying true to the original, abeit the tigers stripes pant, and stripe down the side. It's awesome. I also love the orange lettering.
