And the community service... They will allocate that to your hometown. You won't have to drive to Cleveland except to appear in Court. [After you are fined, you will be given a piss test, too.] As far as I know, anyone convicted of a crime in Cleveland that requires probation, is required to be piss tested. Probation usually lasts until your community service is completed.

(My community service was followed up by a probation officer in the Trumbull County Courthouse, because I was living in Warren at the time of the incident.)

I've been to the City Jail, downtown. (It's on the 6th floor of the Justice building.) I got into some trouble at a nightclub, one night. I woke up with terrible hangover, sleeping on a stained mat on the floor of the cell. My cellmate was a crack dealer who had just been busted. I noticed there were fleas crawling all over me. I spent most of my time in there smashing cockroaches with my [shoe-stringless] shoes. The whole floor smelled like piss, too. I was one of the only two white guys in there. The other guys in jail called me "Snowflake." It's one of the worst places I have ever visited. I don't recommend it to anyone.

You would more than likely get a perma ban from the stadium.

Why do it when Cribbs has the ball? If you were going to do something like this, why not just steel the ball from the ravens as they are about to catch it? You would still get banned but would probably be a hometown hero.

It's rare that the judge wouldn't allow the service hours be worked off in your local community. You would be assigned a probation officer in your local community to who you would report.

It would be best to have an attorney help you with this, so you better hire one when you stand before the judge. Add another 1K to the totals mentioned. 😉
