i heard a few things about this guy when he was playin at kent state, is he worth a shot, especially with our terrible db's?

In my opinion, kent state=quality...but I'm biased having gone there. In fact, I don't even know anything about this guy's skills, but it can't hurt with the lousy secondary we have
