<![CDATA[Browns' C.J. Mosley placed on injured reserve for season]]>Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports The Browns placed defensive lineman C.J. Mosley on injured reserve for the season with what's believed to be a broken right ankle.

Mosley, signed as an unrestricted free agent in the offseason, suffered the injury in the first quarter of Sunday's 30-23 loss to the San Diego Chargers and was carted into the locker room. He hobbled out on crutches and was overheard telling teammates that he fractured the ankle.
