These are the rules for using The Browns Board at brownsboard.com. By using the forum you agree to them. Questions go to [email protected].

Your account

You need to be at least 13.
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Posting

Be civil. Argue about football, not about each other.
No harassment, threats, hate, spam, scams, or illegal content.
Do not post other people's private information.
Only post things you have the right to share.

Moderators can edit, move, lock or remove posts, and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you let The Browns Board store, show and share it as part of the forum, including through ActivityPub to other sites. If you delete your account, your posts stay up as posts from a former member unless you ask us to remove them.

Tickets and trading

Trades between members are between those members. The Browns Board is not a party to them and is not responsible for them.

No warranty

The forum is run by a volunteer and provided as is. It can go down, and content can be lost. The Browns Board is an independent fan community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Cleveland Browns, the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Cleveland Guardians, the NFL, NBA, MLB, or any of their affiliates.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes and we post about it on the forum.
