Colt McCoy is on the Browns’ roster bubble
-
Colt has great feet and a decent but not great arm...i think that he is very raw but his drive against detroit shows the propensity to be an nfl caliber player...he looks like an average raw rook to me dabs has him somewhat limited in options and targets at this point until he learns certain things as well, he hasnt done anything to stand out from the crowd yet nor shown us or the coaches why he is better or smarter than an average 3rd round rook QB..he has to find a way to step up with what he has on the field in order to move forward, things are never perfect in the nfl and you have to strive and lead as a QB to prove you can make things work, and i think the way daboll and mangini are handling colt is good for him, and he has a great mentor in jake delhomme and he will grow or shrink according to what he is made of inside and i believe soon we will see his inner warrior emerge to heed the call..
I would love to hear what our QB coddling prez personally thinks of the mangini way of handling of colt....hehehehe
