Good wide receivers do want to play for teams with solid quarterbacks, so Colt wouldn't help us out in that regard. But drafting Luck or RG3 wouldn't help either because they are unproven rookies which adds no real stability. Manning might bring in a couple good WRs but no way we spend big bucks on a QB who only has a few good years left at most..
I think everyone needs to realize that no big name WR will be signed by Cleveland this offseason. We might be able to sign a mediocre WR like Manningham but no way we can bring over Vince Jackson or DeSean Jackson (unless DeSean Jackson loves Heckert for drafting him or something crazy like that). We will get our WRs from the draft just like we have with every other position the past 2 years. Any free agent acquisition will bring in someone for cheap depth..
