  • there's a difference between winers and WHINERS.

  • my halfway eye test is that we can't stop the run and now that one offensive lineman is out..we can't run the ball either. This means the defense, which couldn't stop the run when healthy, is gonna be on the field a lot the 2nd half of the season. Just in time for the toughest part of our schedule. I like the progress we made on offense this year, obviously. But it's clear what has to be fixed in the offseason, o line both starters and 2nd string.

    all i wanted to point out is that..hey, the browns aren't that bad.

    a brand new coaching staff given the players from a brand new FO at the 1/2 way point and we're above .500.

    we can go down the list every year of draft picks coulda shoulda......of rankings.......of just why didn't we's??

    all i'm thinking right now is thur's nite game is going to be kyle shanahan's make it or break it 'living' in the shadow' of rat face dad's game. he's going to have to figure out how to grind a game out with no OL ('cept the left side) and run the ball against a good to if not great cincy defense.

    players are there. coaches need to coach. if the browns win this game......

    then you know.

    Even if we dont win tonight, the Bungles still have to come here and we will have Josh Gordon. So i wouldn't exactly say its make or break for Kyle Shanahan. I cant wait for the game tonight. Go Browns!!!!

    yeah make it or break it might not be the right terminology.........not trying to say his job depends on the outcome.

    i'd just like to see the coaching staff as well as the players step up to the plate in a nationally televised game, right out of the gate, instead of waiting or expecting a 4th qtr comeback and a bend but don't break defense to seal a victory.

    you might see hoyer doing his best JF imitation tonite with shanny calling some planned QB runs just to loosen things up a bit. maybe our center can find his manhood on his way to the game.
