McDaniels would do great things with Baker and the offense, regardless on whether people like it or not.  And since this isn't a defensive league anymore, that's where you go.

He's a good OC.  As a HC he would be less involved in looking at snap-shots and working with the QB while the D was on the field.  Less effective game-day OC.  And I didn't like his stint as a HC.  Doesn't rule out him doing a better job the 2nd time around...

Why? You know him or did you hear it on tv? And do you understand that tv is nothing but a electronic reality distortion device. Electronic LSD for idiots. That’s why even live sports are better with the sound off.

"Browns: Even after the surging second half of the season, Browns interim coach Gregg Williams isn't considered a front-runner or anything close for the full-time job. He will, however, receive an interview. Cleveland is expected to cast a wide net and has no mandate to keep both coordinators, despite their success. Either way, Freddie Kitchens has earned the right to be a coordinator somewhere. Among those expected to be considered or inquired about are McCarthy, Iowa State coach Matt Campbell, Patriots de facto defensive coordinator Brian Flores and offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels, and Colts defensive coordinator Matt Eberflus."

     don't be an idiot.

Defense is 31 out of 32 when it was supposed to be top 5, Offense is 14th. Those numbers are not going to win any games against teams with a winning record. Hence the reason GW is 0-FER against teams with a winning record.
