Of course there's no evidence because we are afraid to investigate and the Chinese aren't willing to let us. (Sounds familiar)
And whether or not there was actual ill intent somebody fucked up and caused a huge world wide problem.
But as to the response, considering that the Chinese shut down all travel around Wuhan but allowed International travel to spread the virus. Coincidence?

I think it was an accident at the lab that let it escape. After it spread in Wuhan China decided to spread the wealth around the world. They should be boycotted by the entire world.
