Ohio meatloaf with a bunch of others ? Not a very imaginative list. An "I have a deadline" and have to put something on paper list.
And Ohio does have some better foods. Oh well.......

I don't think that's a definite, I have been to Texas and I've lived there I think that chili would be at least near the Forefront. No beans.
Maybe things got messed up because the article is about what people who live there actually eat not what the place is famous for. I would think Maine is no doubt a lobster place for tourists.
