Yeah- it's turned into a shit show, shades of Viet Nam. 20\20 hindsight is a great thing. For\ against? Should have kept the troops there longer. That isn't the general consensus of Americans. We've wanted out of that 3rd world country for years. Of course the BDS slamming here is totally predictable.

Mike Pompeo isn't in charge Joe Biden supposedly is and maybe you didn't notice him talking about diplomacy and negotiating and working out a deal with the Taliban? Again sometimes all of us on either side mistakenly think we can deal with bad groups of people like they were rational human beings. It is not always possible. There are good guys and bad guys.
