Andrew Berry: The Education of a Young NFL Front Office Phenom
Lead story today over at the ringer.. If he spends his entire career in Cleveland we'll do great.
Berry was legitimately a good DB at Harvard - all assertions that Berry is "Only Analytics" are simply wrong. "He’s like a nice blend of the football guy [and] the guy that understands the nuances of contracts."

That was a good article & the Cleveland Browns are very fortunate to have him. What I find amazing is that he came to the Browns AFTER the HC (Stefanski) was in place, yet they seem to always be "on the same page".

Thanks for the link! That was a great article. He was hired after Stefanski Mike? We've gone through so much change the last 2 decades I've lost track.

Yep!
Stefanski hired as HC 1/13/2020
Berry hired as GM & Executive VP of Football Operations 1/27/2020 (a full 2 weeks AFTER the Stefanski hire!)
