    I hope she experiences serious consequences for an unspeakable act. I hate that she felt desperate but whatever she experienced in her past does not justify pulling a gun on innocent kids riding a bus. What is it that makes folks look at criminals and think "poor thing... ?" I think this is misplaced compassion. It's not okay to do what she did.

    EXACTLY. I was shot in Iraq, and have been in many a gunfight and hit by plenty of IED's. No amount of training you recieve police officer or soldier or marine or whatever prepares you mentally for when you get hit. I personally think it should be considered a modern day miracle that this young man threw his well being out and start acting immediately for everyone else on that bus. Thank you and bravo to Kaleb Eulls. I think that is an act that is becoming rare to see in the younger generations of kids.

  • I am glad you guys enjoyed this post...It was really so inspiring, I had to post it.... I can't even put into words what kind of person it takes to do what this kid did. I would love to shake his hand.. Matter of fact I would be honored to do about anything to help out this kid. If I were rich, I would pay for whatever his scholarship did not cover so he can get a good education. I imagine he will make good use of it Everyone who knows him, family, community must be glowing.

  • It is so refreshing to hear stories like this one. It seems that all I ever hear from the news lately is bad. Kind of renews your faith in humankind.
