I would hope a smart senator would have asked her point blank what gender she was.
If she answered "I'm a woman" then for the Senator to have responded "thank you Judge Jackson, you just defined a woman".

I really don't know how liberals can be such humongous hypocrites and not be forced to acknowledge it. I would have the same suspicion if a crazy judge made a ruling based on an aberration that shows up one in one hundred thousand times should be overturned relatively quickly. (Think of a Title Nine ruling that would demand equal scholarships for quadriplegics in college sports) Heres a question. With this hypothetical dual gender child then be able to self reproduce like a planaria worm? If so maybe the Democrats will have a new voting Bloc.
