I guess it's a net positive. Was it a stupid decision in the first place? Absolutely no doubt. Only made to kiss the asses of the lunatic left. It might go a long way toward holding onto power if he could do an about-face on a lot of the destructive policies he forced on America. Biden could actually make a speech tomorrow apologizing to America and reversing 90% of this crazy stuff.
