Like many... It kind of angered me to see Quinn with such a buff body... I always thought it compromised whatever touch he could've had with the ball.... Then he just disintegrated right before our eyes.... Nice kid.. Hard worker.. It just wasn't meant to be... Sad... He's a likeable dude..

I know guys like Dutch are trying to bust your balls but save your energy. You know Quinn never got a raw deal, he just sucked.
Actually, out of all the shitbird QBs we have had, Queen may have been the worst. Not even factoring in his draft status.
Russ (Ballpeen) never took sides back then, but he always said that a DT (fatmouthed Shaun Smith) doesn't punch your QB in the mouth if they respect him.
That was a weird and hard time to be a diehard Browns fan -- but the board at the time made it a bit tolerable.

I'd like nothing more than to have that forum just go away. I've been asked a bunch of times- In the words of Captain Picard to "make it so". There's plenty of essentially unmoderated political forums out there where that crew would fit right in with no problem.

How about something like a strict warning stating that no political innuendo is allowed, otherwise your post will be deleted? Good idea?

How many moderators do we have? 3? Between the 3 it shouldn't be difficult to spot any violation and take care of business.
That said, it's become clear to me that the desire to ban the poli board is less about political shit being posted here and more about you being upset over the political viewpoints of others.

YEP. Exactly. But one mod happily allowed the one side to sneak in, I know, because I (I was born a goofy comedian child) - posted an opposite view (both pictures of people....that also was bad), and only mine got deleted.
"ha ha". This board needs to grow - but I have friends who have come and left, and were here for a long time and refuse to come back. The belligerent slurs spew forth just because a few parties demand compliance with their opinions, or else. It's been a while now, but somebody actually berated me hugely, simply because I had a different opinion, and said I should STFU because never played sports.

I never had any particular hatred of Kizer but I was puzzled by the selection and handing over the keys to the offense.

They'd be banned for acting like assholes, and immature ones at that. They behave that way because a certain Moderator lets them get away with it. 2 Cents. I like it here because the mods are pretty cool. They let ya go off topic. They let ya say stuff. It's a cool place.
Political boards: The political country is in a major divide. The democrats absolutely hate republicans. And it's the same in reverse. The two groups CANNOT discuss with one another. You would have to have TWO political forums. One for dems and one for republicans. To bring them together is just gonna make people dislike one another to the core.
I never go to that forum. I wouldn't be able to make anyone from the opposing point of view understand what I think is proper and isn't.....and I would just learn to hate, what, 50% of you?
You can't have a guns vs non guns forum. You can't have a religion forum. You can't have an abortion forum. Etc. You are not allowed to discuss third rail topics at work because it destroys morale and pisses people off.
That's my 2 cents on third rail forums.
