The IRS needs to issue C.O.D.’s (cancellation of debt) which are in the form of a 1099.
They did indeed benefit monetarily from Dementia Joe’s policy, so they need to pay tax on it.

I think it's a great idea. Make sure the GOP take full credit for taking money away for 41 million Americans. Maybe you can get CJ to sign the tax bills.
