Last I saw, the SC (might be one of the Circuit Courts) put a stay on this.
Expect BS to overthrow this, but since it's already at such a high level, probably going to have to be some pretty underhanded BS to get it changed.
Doesn't mean it won't happen, we've seen some really BS rulings from the lower Courts.
Too many problems to track anymore . . .
