Systemic racism is no joke.
I saw it first-hand yesterday.
I stopped in at the Home Depot in Maple Heights where the majority of customers are black folks. They have a security guard employed. He was posted at the entrance.
I most frequent The Home Depot in Bainbridge where the majority of customers are white. Never saw a security guard there.

Just about every accusation of racism is a joke. And joke is a pretty tame word for it.
