    12. How many TOTAL yards (rushing AND receiving) and TOTAL TDs does Kareem Hunt have?

    Browns57: 975, 7
    Nero: 700, 6
    Flugel: 1050, 8
    Bob806: 898, 8
    TexAg: 580, 10
    jcam222: 1000, 7
    DBone: 494, 5
    Unsympathetic: 850, 8
    gumby: 855, 8
    SDBacker: 889, 6
    Dutch Oven: 1005, 8
    Coyote: 833, 5
    mjp28: 707, 7
    Zombo: 610, 6
    Syd: 850, 7

Answer: Kareem Hunt had a fairly quiet season, in what was probably his last with the Browns. He combined for 678 yards (468 rushing, 210 receiving) and 4 touchdowns (3 rushing, 1 receiving).

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner: With the Browns having many high-priced players on the roster now, Chubb most likely will be somewhere else in 2023, and to be honest, the Browns can probably find someone who can produce at Hunt's present ability for far less money. Still, if this was the end of his run here in Cleveland, it was a good one. In his four seasons in Cleveland, Hunt ran the ball 442 times for 1874 yards (4.2 avg) and 16 touchdowns, and caught 132 passes for 973 yards (7.4 avg) and 7 touchdowns. mjp28 wins this one.

And the 'Big Dummy Award' goes to... With what shouldn't have been an overly optimistic prediction, Flugel gets this one.

What did I win?  A large pizza with no cheese and no sauce?

Hunt didn't look good at all to me this year.  Thank God I forgot about this horrible prediction all season - until now...

Do you remember the safety Robert Griffith, who played for the Browns from 2002-2004?

He was a decent player from what I remember, but he was hilariously a horrible blitzer. You'd see Griffith come barreling toward the LOS at 120mph right into a blocker and immediately stop.... every time.

Hunt reminded me of him this season. He'd get the ball and run directly into the back of one of his OLinemen. It was like they fed him a ton of cocaine and blindfolded him.

  • 13. How many sacks do Myles Garrett and Jadeveon Clowney have combined?

    Browns57: 22
    Nero: 26
    Flugel: 28
    Bob806: 21
    TexAg: 32
    jcam222: 27
    DBone: 19
    Unsympathetic: 29
    gumby: 24
    SDBacker: 23
    Dutch Oven: 22
    Coyote: 22
    mjp28: 47
    Zombo: 30
    Syd: 31

Answer: The Garrett and Clowney duo didn't duplicate their success from 2021 in the sack department, because Clowney fell off the face of the earth, or was held back by Joe Woods and the rest of the Browns organization in their single-minded attempt to make sure Garrett makes it into Canton... one or the other. In 2021, Garrett had 16 sacks while Clowney added another 9 for a total of 25. Garrett came back with another 16 sacks last season, but Clowney only chipped in 2, for a disappointing total of 18.

Winner WInner Chicken Dinner: If I've had one complaint with the Browns more than any other the last handful or so seasons, it has been the Browns inability to draft and develop a legit #2 DE to pair with Garrett. I was not a fan of the signing of Clowney prior to the 2021 season, because I didn't think he added much to the pass rush, and I felt he was injury-prone. He then comes in and is a great complement to Myles all season. I felt like quite the silly goose. The Browns brought him back last season, and he became what I was worried he would have been the year before - a guy who rarely got to the QB and was constantly a threat to be out of the lineup. Safe to say, after his performance and the way he pretty much burnt every bridge on his way out of Cleveland, there will not be a third Clowney Browns season. DBone for the tasty win.

Answer: I'll admit, as I'm scrolling down the list, I chuckled at TexAg's prediction, I mean, his handle literally is the university Garrett came from. A bold sack prediction from him is to be expected when one of his is involved. I assumed he'd win this question in a cakewalk, until I stumbled upon mjp28. Wow. I mean, you really earned this distinction on this question with style! Good job? ?

  • 14. Browns record vs the AFC North?

    Browns57: 4-2
    Nero: 4-2
    Flugel: 3-3
    Bob806: 2-4
    TexAg: 2-4
    jcam222: 3-3
    DBone: 2-4
    Unsympathetic: 4-2
    gumby: 2-3-1
    SDBacker: 3-2-1
    Dutch Oven: 2-4
    Coyote: 2-4
    mjp28: 3-2-1
    Zombo: 5-1
    Syd: 4-2

Answer: The Browns split their AFC North games, winning all three home games (pretty handily too) while losing the three road contests.

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner: Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I am pretty certain this was the first time the Browns ever beat the Steelers, Ravens and Bengals in the same season, so hooray for that! Flugel and jcam222 share the sweet, sweet taste of Serbian fried chicken victory. Slather the hot rice on it, boys.

And the 'Big Dummy Award' goes to... The Browns finally beat all three of their rivals in one season for the first time in '22, so predicting a near clean sweep is a tad bit Zombotastic!

Yeah, we got reservations at an Italian restaurant Sat night, then heading to the casino.

Allegedly there might be shenanigans at some place called Kandy's after? I've never been there, but I have a feeling this place is no Malley's

Been there, it was an alright time but nothing earth shattering.  You boys will only be about an hour from me, so if I hear any explosions that direction, I'll just assume it was all you.   Have fun bubs.

That sounds like a good time too ...... while you're in the casino head to the Roulette Table, watch some numbers and bets placed and then try out my old lucky numbers. 17 and 28.    And good luck !

  • 15. What two teams play in the Super Bowl? Who wins?

    Browns57: Buffalo over San Francisco
    Nero: Buffalo over LA Rams
    Flugel: Buffalo over LA Rams
    Bob806: Kansas City over Dallas
    TexAg: Buffalo over LA Rams
    jcam222: Buffalo over LA Rams
DBone: LA Chargers over LA Rams
    Unsympathetic: Buffalo over LA Rams
gumby: LA Rams over Kansas City
SDBacker: Kansas City over Green Bay
    Dutch Oven: Buffalo over Dallas
    Coyote: Buffalo over Dallas
    mjp28: Cleveland over Green Bay
    Zombo: Cleveland over LA Rams
    Syd: Cleveland over San Francisco

Answer: The Kansas City Chiefs edged the Philadelphia Eagles 38-35 to win their third Super Bowl in their franchise history.

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner: Buffalo was the popular pick in the AFC - it just seemed like it was going to be their turn - but Cincinnati dispatched of them relatively easily in the divisional playoff round. In the NFC (which I think was a tough choice prior to the season) the LA Rams making a return trip to the Super Bowl was picked the most, but injuries torpedoed their season. No one correctly predicted a Kansas City vs Philadelphia Super Bowl,  but I'll give Bob806  and SDBacker a bone and give them a taste of the chicken dinner by correctly predicting the Chiefs winning.

And the 'Big Dummy Award' goes to... Oh mjp28, Zombo and Syd, you know what you did. ?
