really intriguing case - if the supreme court rules for the gov, it opens up a pandora's box of abuse of authority.
monitor in your cars? homes? gardens? classrooms? bathrooms public and private? campgrounds? it was condoned by the dc circuit court of appeals. Think lame "justice" KBJ.
Surely it will be ruled unConstitutional by the honest judges on the U.S. Supreme Court.
