The death penalty - absolutely - except federal judges got in the way - haven't been one in sixty years,
4 of the violators are on death row, still.
I wonder if the "mother" is a chinese agent, and the "sons" are not really
her sons.
Years ago, I knew of a couple a few decades ago....who adopted two chinese boys. After all was said and done, they found out they were actually adults, not 10 year olds...... took a few years and a lot of legal expenses to undo it and sent them back to china.
I don't see how a federal judge can overrule the UCMJ.....
