Conveniently for cincy, weather is never a concern in the playoffs.

Good to see Michael Thomas healthy for the first time since 2019.

Delpit may benefit the most from the DC change? Led the team with 8 tackles.

Tee Higgins never caught a ball (7 targets).. This Defense played outstanding ball all day..

Well done Cleveland !

Final 24-3 Browns !

Jesus, Terry Bradshaw needs to hang it up.

I know, I know, he should have retired years ago, decades ago, whatever, but this is almost at Dick Clark after the stroke painful to listen to.

Browns win 24-3.

As always, I feel bad for the Browns fans on here who root for the Browns to lose.

Thoughts and prayers.

Not sure who you're referring to, Deshaun Watson haters? Great game though today. Watson has good game but didn't look like 200 million dollar good. I guess it's good enough but I need to see some improvement on those underthrown passes.  Surely the conditions were a factor.

Took us a bit to get rollin offensively and the defense was solid all day.  Steelers got embarrassed... browns beat a division rival!!!

Couldnt script a better start to the season!!!

Surprising, but YAY

Big Test next Monday for Dawand…but I thought he played really well.

Just finished the game on Sunday Ticket DVR, awesome complete victory and the Defense was a joy to behold. Watson wasn't too sharp but did enough and fortunately for him the defense bailed him out of his ugly interception.

Ugh

defense is going to rock all season. Cincy looked like they were out of sorts on offense. The weather helped that, but I don't know what the offensive coordinator was thinking for Cincy at times.

for this game, no weakness on defense.  Nice first win. Burrow was playing hurt - that also played a part. The cincy offensive line needs work/upgrade. Early on, they were rated about 17 or 18th, below the Panthers.

What did I miss or am forgetting about Burrow being hurt?

Injuries too Cam Heyward left the game.  Dionte Johnson left with a hamstring.

Is it me or has Cam Heyward been playing in the NFL for like 20 years?

That's what I thought...

Shocka pow mofos. This might be my favorite opening day as a fan ever. If the defense keeps playing in the ballpark of what they did today, and Nick Chubb remains his usual Nick Chubb self, then l’m going to be downright optimistic.

How's that Bengal-lovin' girlfriend doing? ?

Beast game by Delpit. IMHO best as a pro.

From Dawgs By Nature:

The man was seemingly all over the field today. Late in the first quarter, it seemed that the Bengals were going to convert a third-and-seven when Delpit came flying out of center field and decked WR Tyler Boyd who was short. Needing eight yards on another third down situation with six ticks left in Quarter 3, Burrow hit tight end Irv Smith who is much bigger than Delpit, yet the Browns safety was able to bring him down just short. On a third-and-four with 8:21 left in the contest, RB Chris Evans caught a short pass in the left flats and met Delpit for a one-yard loss. On the next possession, Cincinnati began massive substitutions. Delpit led all tacklers with eight.
