That honestly 100% should have been offensive p.i. on bears wr. If you go back and watch it. Our db that the ball went over was being blocked at the goalline because wr #13 on bears thought fields was running. If the db isn't blocked he would have been able to jump up and get a hand to that ball.

This is the best i can get from twitter but our db is clearly being blocked as the ball goes over his head
Edited to add the angle from behind where you can clearly see the db being blocked by 13 which was 5 yards downfield
