    I've seen it reported elsewhere, but not on the actual NFL free agent tracker, nor the official Cleveland Browns website. Make of it what you will, maybe it' a joke, or maybe it just happened and hasn't been reported on those sites.

      This reminds me of when the Browns brought DC Ray Horton back as our DC a 2nd time just to make sure they were right about firing him the first time.  Just 1 losing season later, they confirmed they were right the 1st time. Are the Browns really doing this with Cade York too?

        By what I understand he will be an insurance policy if Hopkins get hurt like he did last season.

        So they don't have to go without a kicker as they did in that first Houston game.
