You can change one thing about our roster or the coaching staff. What do you do? I.e u can change one player or coach.

The two time coach of the year is the problem eh?  Maybe we can get the bill-hilly, Kitchens, back.

    Your solution is what?

Bring back Hue Jackson and Ray Farmer.

  • I’m gonna say it I wasn’t here until last night…

QB. We are headed for double digits loses. Get a young rookie QB on a good deal - maybe you find someone special…we are due.  Watson under duress showed me a lot on Sunday.  I’m a changed man and my view of him as a QB of this team.

Let’s not repeat 2020…where we needed a tackle and took the 3rd best tackle in the draft at 10. Give me a freak pass rusher or a QB in the top 10.

For those saying HC - you need your heads examined.

This is a two year mini rebuild if we do it right we are 6 win team this year maybe .500 next year if we are lucky…enjoy the buckeyes

  •  Can only make one personnel change.

Coach has to go.  The offense looked lost.  We have talent..just poor execution.  That's on coach.

    Tell 'em!

"2 time coach of the year." What has he won ever? "Who cares, he is the 2-time coach of the year. Deserves a 10 year extension."

  • It's the disaster in the FO that needs to go. Every one of us here talked about the poor job they did in the OL this offseason and that was before the injuries started making it into a powder puff OL. I'm not about to blame a QB for this teams's woes. No OL means not even the very best QB can win behind that rag tag patchwork holy quilt of a team. And no coach in the world can design an offense to overcome it either. FO is fully to blame and even a blind man can see the elephant in the room.

  • Just blow it up and do over.. This shit ain't going nowhere...

Especially if it's right back to Jimmy doing the hiring after he does all the firing AGAIN...  Isn't that what the protest is - bad hiring?   Blow it all up only leaves us the same guy that does all the bad hiring to rinse and repeat.  I don't think we need 1 more dejavue.

Exactly Nicks!  Jimmy is serial killing anything that wins from his payroll.  And then a guy like Wills, let's make sure we exercise his 5th year option.  Yeah, we'd hate to miss the 1 game he might show up to give us 4 quarters of effort, okay 3 quarters.

When Dilfer was here I used to call our offense the panic attack when we played the Ravens.  I gotta think of something for this year. We have a Center playing Guard, a Guard playing Left Tackle, An injured LT playing Monopoly at All You Can Eat Buffets, Nick Harris is back at Center.

Well and not having Bill Callahan best in the biz oline coach and you have this mess.. And to me.. This is where KS fails as a HC... He's worked with callahan how many years now?... You would think he learned something and convey it to Andy Dickerson...

Stefanski by osmosis is supposed to teach the new OLine coach things? I think the ridiculous amount of injuries is perhaps a bigger problem at the present time. We are down three tackles, one guard and a backup center. The one tackle still upright - Dawand Jones - looks like he’s struggling based on coming back from his injury from last season.

  • Not having Callahan isn't the reason for the Oline issues.

The Titans Oline has a pretty questionable right side that Callahan himself has been unable to just fix with proper coaching.

Injury and talent (lack of) sometimes just trumps all the coaching in the world.

Well if Jimmy got caught in a similar dilemma Daniel Snyder got caught in.. Anything is possible... But then Dee assumes control I think.. The NFL will cover its ass you can believe that...

  • If I get one change to the 53 or coaching staff, I cut/trade Watson. He is what he has been and will ever be. I would be excited to see any other dude under center starting this week and while I know it won't fix all of our vast problems, it would get rid of the biggest and most distracting one.

  • Bring back a healthy Nick Chubb

  • Romeo Crennel needs another chance.

  • Can we change the owner?

How much money can you borrow?

For those who want to 'blow it all up'...again...do you really want Haslem picking a new coach and / or GM again?  That's something that I personally would like to avoid.

  • Watson has to go. Go on YouTube and watch the flacco browns highlights. I realize flacco wasn't all sunshine and roses and he threw a fair amount of picks but with him guys like Jerome Ford and Harrison Bryant were looking like studs. Njoku and Cooper looked unstoppable. Stefanski looked like a god damn genius. The offense begins, ends, and revolves around the quarterback. You can't gameplan a shitty quarterback to success in any long term fashion at the NFL level.

    Watson is a shitty quarterback.

Watson. Got to go. Jameis Winston would look better I guarantee it. He'd throw as many picks as touchdowns but he'd move the football.

Bro, how many times do we repeat the same old excuses as browns fans. We've had nothing...NOTHING...but shitty quarterbacks between couch and Mayfield and you could argue for even further back than couch. It's always the same old thing

    1. The O-Line can't block

    2. The coach can't coach

    3. The receivers can't catch.

It's bull crap. In 20 whatever years how many times do you think Brady went out there with a suspect, injured line? How many times do you think mahomes has? Those guys were/are elite quarterbacks. Look at what Brady worked with at receiver. Joe Flacco wasn't even an elite quarterback he was always a tier II starter of his main era now past his sell by date and he had the browns (Without Chubb) looking like real actual contenders. The browns would look pretty good right now if they had a tier II starter like Kirk Cousins or somebody in his class.

Look, I live in New England, they're on TV every week.  And I can tell you that no matter who was in that OLine for Brady, he had time to count the house.  And eventually he would find someone like Wes Welker, Randy Moss, Julian Eddleman, etc.  He Had Time to Pass.  That's what is required.

I don't like Watson, the person.  But if he can play QB well, then I want him to stay.  We need to see him play week in and week out in order to determine if he's rounding into form or not.  He's improved each week this season.  Unfortunately his OLine is going in the opposite direction with multiple injuries.  The Giants blitzed every other play.  The rag-tag OLine was allowing pressures, sacks and getting called for holding.  And that's been the case for all three games so far.

let's let the season play out and perhaps we'll get an answer to what we need to do in the next offseason, FA and the draft.  This is Watson's season to prove himself...whether he gets hurt or not.

We literally invested a quarter billion dollars in this guy to be elite not to see if he progresses from week to week.

Tom Brady was in New England for like twenty years. There's a 0% chance he never played behind substandard o-lines and injured ones and ones that were both injured and substandard.
