The Official Browns vs Bengals Game Thread Oct 20th

Ok, DTR looking much less good now.
Ok, DTR looking much less good now.
DTR is pure garbage... Great kid... Shit QB... He's not even 3rd string.. Him and Anthony Schwartz should start a flag football team... Honestly... that is their level..

Put the browns collective in a room where they have to make a QB decision, 99% of the time they will make the wrong choice. DTR must be a practice hero but sure sucks in non pre season games.
How Dorian Thompson Robinson even has a job is beyond me. But at least he hasn't assaulted every woman he's come in contact with for a decade.

He's God awful... Sweet kid though.. I hope and am sure he'll find his way in life.. good people like him deserve to succeed!

Watsons Achilles is done for the year
Did the fans cheer? About to find out if Stefanski is right. DW gives us the best chance to win.
Who is coordinating this offense? It's a disaster. You have WRs 4 feet from each other...
Said it Tom hiring Dor-key was a huge mistake. Top 5 pick HERE WE COME!!!

I spoke too soon BB. He did look sharp. I'll use what you said earlier about Crablegs having the Lasik surgery AFTER that season with 30 INTs as a smidgeon of hope.
He’ll be more fun to watch the rest of the way at least, even if he’s throwing interceptions at least he’ll also throw it downfield. Kinda Flacco esque, gunslinger.

That's terrifying; because you know they're gonna pick some kid that doesn't even belong in the 1st round. Then they'll trade away the rest of the draft for these wonderful 7th round picks they like to accumulate.
This might be the worst owner we've ever had - as fierce as the competition for such prestigious honor has been.
-
Glad ya found some humor in that.. I'm not gonna bag on the kid.. Right now though.. He clearly isn't ready... And that to me is troubling...
5th round QB working out has always been a long shot, love his attitude and command of the field - he’s had flashes but doesn’t look like he’s got what it takes to be an NFL QB.

Honestly Haslam could be such a great owner if he just minded his business. He’s willing to open his wallet which is great, not willing to be hands off though.

Oh man - I almost hit the deck LMAO! I hear ya though! In fact, I may steal that on ya some day. I like this kid; but he's gotta practice with the starters during the week leading up to the opponent for a chance to succeed against them and have chemistry and timing with teammates.
This offense is NEVER prepared and the STs were a disaster.

So, a bunch of illegal shift penalties. And people say we never do any shifting.
10 penalties.
Watson is too frail. I'm thinking he's done in Cleveland.
Nice to see Chubb. But as I knew, he can't run with the ball and block for himself at the same time.
Tillman had a good game. Njoku and Aikins did a good job at TE receiving.
Hopkins missed another PAT.
The game is 12 seconds old and we're 7 points down.
DTR didn't look good. Winston, we know, isn't too good. It's gonna be pretty bad from here on out.

This was a winnable game, looks like the Watson era in Cleveland is over unfortunately due to injury. Appears that Jameis will be the starter going forward, had a much better handle on the offense than DTR in that small sample size. Decent performance from the defense enough to win the game if we had a functional offense. Special teams continues to suck this year. Maybe 3-4 more wins this year, at least I'll have more free Sunday afternoons.

With Watson gone for the season, I'm not sure what some of you will ever talk about on here now? ?
And holy tap dancin' Jesus, Jed Wills is an absolute embarrassment.
The Bataan Death March of Browns football seasons trudges on....

Maybe call Ryan Tannehill and see what he’s doing next Sunday?

Last off-season/training camp rumors that the Browns were hot and heavy for 49ers WR Brandon Aiyuk.
It appears he also may have torn his Achilles tendon today.

Torn ACL is the rumor. Dodged a bullet on that one.

The Browns players are lecturing fans for cheering when they realized that they no longer have to watch this abortion at quarterback. The people who were at the stadium still showed up in spite of the season of garbage that this team, especially Watson, has produced. Much more loyal than me, who checked out weeks ago. Those fans have every right to be happy they can finally flush this turd down the toilet.
Unintentionally hilarious quote from Myles. I may actually tune in next game if Stefanski gives Winston a week of first team reps.

I don't mind seeing more from Winston, he might not be enough to get us wins as there's a lot going on but he kept us moving.
Rather just tank for a top pick at this point as long as there is a QB we want. So far Beck is the only one sticking out?
I wouldn't cheer someone getting hurt, would rather they just benched his ass. He can be a model water boy.
