At this point, start DTR the rest of the season, get as high of a pick as you can, start the rebuild now. Get a QB in one of the two next drafts. Hope you end up with the #1 pick and someone gets stupid wanting Shedeur Sanders. Accumulate draft picks. Turn this second oldest team in the NFL into one much younger. Aim to be a legit playoff contender by the time you move into the dome.
I know its a bitter pill to swallow, but its the prudent move.
