The he went out and got Watson, which is exactly the opposite of what the Steelers would do.

You’re right, I believe the Steelers draft their sexual predators…not trade for them.

Since 2000 we have outpaced the Steelers 40 to 30 on players arrested for various crimes. It seems to me we are not drafting, trading, or thru free agency getting the quality perpetrators as the Steelers. Analytically speaking it would probably be best to obtain thieves as db's to steal some passes. Maybe a couple pedos on the edges to molest the qb's . How about a gunslinger for a qb. Oh and two or three druggies ...... Well just because they're the most fun. We have all of these, they're just playing out of position. The difference between us and the Steelers? Theirs  know how to play football.

  • My opinion on Berry has shifted.  I think he is more of a problem than solution.

I agree Berry may be a problem.  Not as big a problem as Watson's humongous albatross contract though. Yesterday's snow bowl being an aberration, you have to be blind as to not see how far in reality the Browns are away from being a Super Bowl team.  If you have Sunday Ticket- or live in the regional broadcast area- check out how the Lions are playing this Sunday.

I don't agree with them answering to DePodesta. I think that is a misplaced idea that has gained traction over the years. There isn't any proof that is the case.  He provides analytics to the staff and is an advisor to Haslam.

The only thing that's been constant over the last several years is Depodesta. It's past time for him to go.  And whoever thought it was a great idea to bring in Ken Dorsey after the Bills fired him should get a pink slip too.

Yep, I mentioned that before the start of the season.

Anyone that thought we should fix something, that clearly wasn’t a problem should get shit canned.

I"ve believed for a long time, that the Browns draft based on media rankings and simple stats. They have all too often missed and drafted players like Wills. Njoku.....Mike Hall DT..... the steelers draft FOOTBALL PLAYERS. IT seems all too often, the Browns draft what looks good on paper. Josh Cribbs used to talk about how some guys didn't care about winning, etc. Prima donnas.......

When they hit it big, like Chubb, Joe Thomas, Garrett, Baker, Bitonio - it seems like it is by accident they drafted a guy who LOVES the game.

    I mean......

So I'm a little confused. Are you not a Njoku guy?

I like the guy. I think early on in his career, they ( Hue, Kitchens) didn't know how to use him. Maybe he wasn't into blocking, not sure.

He's matured into a solid player.

I thought the Browns reached for him, but I think they weren’t utilizing his strengths.

I believe he’s gotten better, and now he’s one of the best receivers on the team.

Probably. I believe it was Sashi who took him, Jabrill Peppers, & Garrett in that draft, which actually was one of their better ones IMHO.

He has, I was referring to his first years. He has grown, sure. But compared to #44.....

    Well done Mr Garrett!

  • When is Jimmy gonna make a real change?

That's one guy that really doesn't need any prodding.  He LOVES the whole New & Improved concept of doing things.

If we remember, when Trigger-Finger took over he fired two head coaches in one year.  He was on his third HC in his second year of owning the team.
