    Funny you should say that - this is what I just got trying to pm him (below).  I think Dutch inquired about him too not all that long ago. 

    Gumbs was a huge part of our daily mix with a great football IQ (he played college ball as a TE), LOVED the Browns and had a great sense of humor to remind us all (just have fun and Fuck the trolls).  He told me at 1 point he got really aggravated that so many threads were getting/staying pinned so that anything he was posting couldn't even be seen on the front page to people showing up to read the board.  If anyone noticed MJP cleaned all that up right before his final hospitalization.  Let's hope we can get Gumbs back here.

  • I'm hoping that he's still with us.  I know that when I get called home I will disappear without a trace.  There's no one that will let you know.

    Yeah let's hope he's okay!  As for you, when that day comes (hopefully not too soon) - can you give us a sign that we know could only come from you?   Something like the plane bringing Baltimore to Cleveland ending up in 1 of the Dakotas snowed in and somehow making them forfeit to the Browns.  OR, maybe a humorous hit song about the extended football follies in Cleveland.  Something that's got Orion written all over it...
