    What a weird, wild journey this season. 

    Third National Championship for the Buckeyes in the first 25 years of this century after waiting so long since 1968!

    Hats off to the Fighting Irish, my second favorite team, just like mjp who loved Ohio State and also really liked Notre Dame. He would have gotten a kick out of this matchup.

    Yes INDEED! College football just feels right again when ND is playing at the level they did throughout the season and playoffs.  Former Buckeye Marcus Freeman has done a great job bringing Notre Dame to ability to win 3 playoff games; when that program rarely ever won Bowl Games.  Even last night, whether it was the powerful 1st impression on their opening scoring drive or bringing that team back from a huge deficit to make part of that 4th quarter a little too close for comfort late - there's a competitive will from the HC that program hasn't had since Lou Holtz...

    Now for Ohio State, what a way to punctuate the playoffs.  They showed us so many different ways beat the elite!!! Fun stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I welcome the only Defensive Coordinator to earn a Superbowl Ring in New Orleans while understanding Revenge of the Nerds is a sequel. "Come get some!"

    And as much shit as Ryan Day got, understandably so after the most idiotic coaching performance I may have ever seen the last week of the regular season, I'm very happy for him. What a crazy season for him. 

    Ohio State won the first National Championship in the four game playoff, and now the first in the twelve game playoff. Ohio State National Champions for the Ninth Time... 1942, 1954, 1957, 1961, 1968, 1970, 2002, 2014, 2024.

    Never thought this was going to happen for tOSU this season. 

    I'm sure all tOSU fans were feeling like they were watching a Browns game, up 31-7 and sweating it out. 

    Great job Buckeyes.

    my internet went out at 7pm last night. my 5G hotspot wasn't working either. Grand fucking timing. No worries, I made it to the local watering hole. This postseason puts to rest the reputation that Day can't win a big game.
