faker birdie. Who has been "sec of transportation" ? He was a dei hire.

dei has been the main focus of your dems the past four years.

As far as the tragic accident:

an. 31, 12:30 a.m. ESTThe FAA’s preliminary report on the incident noted that the staffing at the air traffic control tower was not “normal,” pointing to the fact that a single air traffic controller was handling both helicopter and plane traffic, the Associated Press reported.

However, the federal body’s assessment was refuted by an unnamed source cited by the AP who was familiar with the matter and said the staffing at the tower was at a normal level.

The New York Times reported that the handling of airplane traffic and helicopter traffic is usually handled by two separate controllers until 9.30 p.m. everyday.

However on Wednesday evening, an air traffic control supervisor merged the two jobs before 9:30 p.m. (the collision occurred shortly before 9 p.m. local time) and allowed one air traffic controller to leave early, the Times report added.

Jan. 31, 3:00 a.m. ESTA day before the collision, a similar accident was likely avoided in the same area after a passenger plane was forced to execute a “go-around maneuver” to prevent a collision with a military helicopter in the area, according to the Associated Press. Citing flight tracking data and air traffic controller logs, the AP reported that an Embraer E-175 regional jet attempting to land at the Reagan Airport had to pull out of its approach after being warned by its onboard automated collision avoidance system—but managed to land safely after a go-around."

you would read up on issues before you chirp and quack and duck away from legit discussion.

    faa and dei:

1 day agoCritics warned that the FAA's focus on DEI diverted time and resources from air travel safety. It hobbled the agency as it grappled with air traffic controller shortages, antiquated monitoring

  • from that link above:

"Years before Wednesday’s fatal collision between a military helicopter and a passenger jet approaching Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, critics warned that the Obama and Biden administrations had jeopardized safety by prioritizing diversity, equity and inclusion at the Federal Aviation Administration.

President Trump faced criticism Thursday after suggesting that the FAA’s DEI-focused hiring practices “could have” contributed to the crash, even while the cause remained under investigation."

    Imagine, ranting about this

This is maybe the dumbest, most scientifically illiterate "argument" I've ever heard. Right up there with "how can climate change be real if I'm holding a snowball???"

Holy shit. You think it doesn't matter / has no effect because it's only 0.04% of the atmosphere?

Do you have even a basic understanding of chemistry? And we want to get rid of our education system? Christ...

2mg/L of cyanide has a moderate reaction. Greater than 3mg/L is death.

A pool is about 0.0003% chlorine. 0.0010% will be incredibly harmful to humans.

God damn, seriously one of the dumbest things I've ever seen posted here. Like insultingly stupid

well, your gay hero buttipig was a dismal failure. We've shown his dei and incompetence has damaged the FAA etc. and ignored a lot of his job.

I'm a veteran, Pete Hegseth is an outstanding choice. You don't like him because you know nothing about the military, and he isn't gay/trans and you can't "identify" with that.

    Go peck yourself.

If you think CO2 in the atmosphere doesn't matter because it's a small percent then why the hell would I waste my time listening to your thoughts on climate change? If you don't understand some very, very basic science then why should I care what you think about a scientific issue?

If anyone on here thinks that original video is the truth. That C02 doesn't matter because it's a small percentage, then there's no reason I should bother engaging with them on here.

So, if you want a response (to a video where a dude starts immediately with woke this and woke that ... of course) let's be clear that the original video was completely idiotic.

You obviously didn’t finish the video. That was just a prelude.

    Again, he doesn’t deny CC.
He talks about the most overlooked issue is as it pertains to the problem of CC.

oh, boy. Woodpecker deja vu all over again. lol

Today's low CO2 concentration is starving trees and plants of the food they need to achieve their full growth potential via photosynthesis. Additional benefits of increased CO2: Increased photosynthesis ("CO2 fertilization"). Plants grow faster, and with less stress and less water. Forests are growing faster. Stimulates
