Memorial Day
-
All the soldiers who never made it back home.
The one time we got to see the Arizona Monument at Pearl Harbor - it was
a serious emotional time. All to make the world a safe place for innocents to live in.
Freedom isn't free.
Charles M. Province > Quotes > Quotable Quote
(?)“It is the Soldier, not the minister
― Charles M Province
Who has given us freedom of religion.
It is the Soldier, not the reporter
Who has given us freedom of the press.
It is the Soldier, not the poet
Who has given us freedom of speech.
It is the Soldier, not the campus organizer
Who has given us freedom to protest.
It is the Soldier, not the lawyer
Who has given us the right to a fair trial.
It is the Soldier, not the politician
Who has given us the right to vote.
It is the Soldier who salutes the flag,
Who serves beneath the flag,
And whose coffin is draped by the flag,
Who allows the protester to burn the flag.” -

I wish you guys a solemn and enjoyable Memorial Day. Enjoy the day but also reflect on the meaning.

I’m shocked no one here had the courage to pay tribute to George Floyd this past Memorial Day.
Thank God the WNBA had the common decency.

My God... I guess they want to die on that hill... I can just imagine the vitriol when Trump pardons Derek Chauvin..

I’m thinking it’s more an “if” than “when”. Regardless, the lefts propensity for violence will rear its ugly head once again and I imagine innocent citizens and businesses will pay the price.
Memorializing Floyd during the Memorial Day weekend was an insult to those that actually sacrificed their lives.Pick a day for thugs during Black History month. A lot of history there.

I believe Trump will eventually.. But he will need Military escort and will most likely be enrolled into an alternative Identity protection program in order to protect his life.... However.. I'm actually surprised no ones made an attempt on Daniel Penny's life ironically..
