  • It depends with him.  If he thinks the team can be a winner...he'll try hard and we'll lose both games to them.

If he thinks the team is not good enough to win and make playoffs...he'll just try not to get hurt...and we'll lose both games to them.  🙂

last two years he started, he had 26 tds with 12 ints, in 2022, and 28 tds with 11 ints in 2024. QB ratings 41.3 and 48.0.

I also believe Howard, with his work ethic, will take over by mid season.

Larry might be incurable... Syd might have a chance to redeem himself... Any number of things can happen!

? Definitely a strange beginning in the sense it took him this long to decide he wants to go play there.

I don't think he was actually "still deciding." I think this was decided long ago, and the announcement was postponed for two reasons. I think the Steelers got extra compensation by delaying it, and Rodgers got to relax for longer. I think we will see a better Rodgers in Pittsburgh than we did in NY.

But you wonder if he'll be any better than Roethlisberger was in his final years, and if that is true the Steelers will continue to be stuck in "Good but not a real Super Bowl contender" purgatory.
