Can conservatives read charts?

Thank you for this. I needed a good laugh
No you just like being an asshole..

You’re kinda the guy on the soap box around here stumping about leftwing violence. It’s nice to see something resembling statistics on the matter. I have questions on how these numbers came to be too.
Regardless, those statistics prove your point to a degree. At least in recent times. But the last 30 years?
I figured you’d be most interested.
Yes I was very interested to know what criteria they used to determine right/left violence, and more so the actual acts that were committed. What they included and what they didn’t. Unfortunately the link to the actual study provided no such information.
I wonder if they counted such incidents as liberals blocking traffic leading to Trump rallies or the disruptions they caused at those rallies.
How about that liberal idiot that charged the stage when Trump was speaking. I wonder if they counted that.I don’t remember those things happening when Obama or Biden ran.
How many times must we read about someone wearing a MAGA hat get assaulted. I wonder if they counted those.
Do you understand this graph?
What is being overlooked with “whataboutism” is that violence is fostered only by one side….democrat politicians and those in the public eye spewing hate and encouraging confrontation... many of whose comments were deleted or apologized for afterwards. Too late assholes.
- House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries called for people to “fight” President Trump’s agenda “in the streets.”
- Vice Mayor Gonzalez’s Cudahy in southeast Los Angeles County called for criminal gangs – including the vicious 18th street gang—to commit violence against our brave ICE law enforcement.

I do understand the graph. I understood the one Woody posted as well. If we are assuming both are in the realm of plausible, we might have 30 years of left wing violence ahead of us just to balance the scales. That’s going to really suck. But that’s sort of how these things go.
One thing l believe is every movement creates a counter movement, and history has shown this throughout the years. EG: Every Civil Rights movement we’ve ever had saw an uptick in activity from the KKK or some other opposing group.
If “right wing domestic terrorism” is going to dominate “left wing domestic terrorism” for 30 years, then it will in effect create a void for more left wing terrorism to come. Like l said, it’s going to suck.

I'm trying to remember some of the right wing terrorism over the past 30 yrs, please help.
I'm not saying there aren't examples, I am curious as to what you guys actually recall.
I'd also like to see how it compares to the last 16 years that the democrats have been inciting division in this country to a point where we get assassination attempts on Trump and one killing Kirk. A terrorist organization antifa formed out of the left and it's easy to say this is directly contributed to the way democrats spew rhetoric. I wonder if the right wing violence can be so easily linked to conservatives.

You forgot this lefty below that tried assassinating as many Republican congressmen as he could during family baseball game of all places.
But to help answering your question, in 2018 Dylan Roof shot up a black church, killing 9.
A white supremacy dickhead, thus will forever be designated unfairly as “right wing violence.”There is a stark difference though. Unlike what’s taking place on the left, the decision for his actions were not given a boost by right wing politics or politicians and their rhetoric.

The assassination of a Minnesota Dem politician and her husband, and the attempted assassination of another political couple, with a larger hit list of Dems was less than 4 months ago and it's already completely removed from your minds.
If you can't even remember that, why bother engaging you in other instances? Where you'll either not think it happened or think it doesn't actually count as right wing.
You're the same people now shouting that every shooting is done by a trans person, regardless of facts. Some of you still posting that past shootings were done by trans folks when we objectively know that isn't true.
While you simultaneously want to claim "disrupting traffic" should be considered left wing violence (an insane and incredibly biased take).
Why engage if you don't even exist in the same realty?

Timothy McVeigh comes to mind for me. Blowing up a federal building with a day care in it is nasty stuff.

Sep 25, 2025Conversely, "left-wing violence has risen in the last 10 years" particularly since "Trump's rise to political prominence," the study says, and has generally targeted government and law enforcement.

So you really don't read anything you post, huh? Just, the headline...
Or maybe you can't read the charts in that article either

Chart says the last 30 yrs and to my point, them being right wing, and that can be debated, was supposed to be the factor as left wing violence actually is a factor of being on the left.
You could say your examples liked heavy metal, so anyone that listens to heavy metal commits violent acts. Sure they acted on their political belief I suppose, it's not something the right pushes for or incites. That's why we call them mental one offs.
You're ignoring the ideology the left is peddling that is causing violence.

Stick to the facts and stop trying to add something I never mentioned.
If you can't even remember that, why bother engaging you in other instances? Where you'll either not think it happened or think it doesn't actually count as right wing.
Again, the chart says the last 30 years right wing violence was at the top yet you only cited a couple recent incidents.
And either side will have nuts that act on their beliefs but I'm talking to the reality that the left is inciting violence and they are creating that ideology.

Yes, I did so. It is from NBC, and notoriously, it just shows that right wing violence plunged in 2025.
haha, I knew you'd jump on it.
Here is the truth:
Have a nice birdgirl day !

An evangelical pro life Christian preacher that bites conservative can murder a Dem politician and your response is "well we don't really know his political affiliation". Give me a break. Christ. Your double standard / hypocrisy on this subject is insane.
Gorka brought it up, not you. And you're dying on the same hill he is right now.
I cited the most recent one to make a point. I'm not researching 30 years of attacks on abortion clinics, etc. You can't even agree that the Minnesota attach was right wing violence. If you can't even acknowledge that reality why would I dig into years of data for you to stick your head in the sand across all of it?

Jump on it? Cal you're a fucking moron.
Simple question - has the right or left committed more acts of violence over the last 10, 20, 30 years?
I'll give you a hint. The answer is in the article you linked and totally read. I
I'll even put the charts here for more help ...
Come on now cal. Simple question

He wasn't acting in a conservative manner though. Nothing political at the time was inciting him.
He didn't target Democrats as part of a victim mentality.
He was anti gov't and met Tim in the military.
They were nuts that acted on their own mentality.

You can't acknowledge that there is no right wing movement or ideology that incites violence like the left.

You’re free to come up with your own scoring system, but McVeigh was a pro-gun guy with some white supremacy flavor mixed in so if you had to pick a box to plunk him in, the rest of us are going to put him in the right wing box. Cut and paste coming up:
Timothy McVeigh's ideologies were a mix of anti-government, extremist, and white supremacist beliefs that culminated in the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing. He was motivated by a deep distrust of the federal government, which he saw as a tyrannical and oppressive force.Anti-government and anti-authority viewsMcVeigh's primary motivation was his fervent anti-government stance. His hatred for the federal government intensified due to two key events:- Ruby Ridge (1992): A deadly standoff in Idaho between federal agents and the Weaver family, which McVeigh saw as an act of government aggression against its own citizens.
- Waco Siege (1993): The raid on a Branch Davidian compound in Waco, Texas, which resulted in a fire that killed 76 people, including women and children. McVeigh visited Waco during the siege and was radicalized by the incident, believing it to be evidence of government overreach.
Obsession with gun rightsMcVeigh was an ardent supporter of gun rights, which he also connected to his anti-government beliefs. He viewed the government's efforts to regulate firearms, such as the 1994 Federal Assault Weapons Ban, as an infringement on personal liberties and a step toward totalitarian control.White supremacist literatureMcVeigh was heavily influenced by the neo-Nazi and white supremacist novel The Turner Diaries.- The novel describes a fictional revolution in which a federal building is blown up with a truck bomb to incite a larger race war.
- Authorities found pages from the book, including those detailing the bombing of a federal building, in McVeigh's car after his arrest.
- The book, widely regarded as a "blueprint for revolution" and the "bible of the racist right," was a direct inspiration for the Oklahoma City attack.
Belief in violence and accelerationismMcVeigh believed that violence was a necessary and justified tactic against a government he perceived as tyrannical. His actions are often viewed as a form of accelerationism, a white supremacist ideology that seeks to spark a race war by hastening the collapse of existing government systems through violent acts.Sense of martyrdomMcVeigh saw himself as a "patriot" fighting against government overreach, likening his actions to the American Revolution. He viewed the victims of the bombing as "collateral damage" in a war against what he called the "Evil Empire". He showed no remorse for his actions and believed the bombing was a righteous act of resistance. -

From the guy who doesn't like labels?
He's wasn't acting on right wing ideologies.
He was equal anti gov't. You literally posted it. It doesn't say right or left, wtf you guys can never have a genuine discussion.
You stormed the Capitol... What are you talking about?
There was a plot to kidnap Michigan's governor
That was a mostly peaceful protest.
