None of that means Jack $#!+ to Gabriel, Judkins, Fannin, Sampson, Graham, Schwesinger, etc......   Just sayin'

I realize that but Three Rivers/Heinz has been an albatross except for the Kosar years.

The 70s, well the Browns had 'em beat a few times and the zebras took it away. Time to exorcize those demons this Sunday.

It's because the opponent is typically better than we are.  We've got to play better.  It's not like going to the west coast where there's a bit of jet lag.  It's not like going to Denver where the air is a different density.  It's not like going down south to a temperature difference.  Pittsburgh is a hop, skip and a jump down the road.  The field dimensions are the same, the goal posts are as tall, the football is just as brown.  There's no voo-doo.  Ya just have to play better than they do.

Browns have the league best defense holding teams to less than 4.5 yards per play

Wow! I get to see two Browns games in a row. At least this one is after church though, so I can watch the whole thing live!!?

Well I'm too lazy to look it up, but I'm thinking in my fandom, which began in 1970, the Browns have only won in Pittsburgh 6 times. It's an insane stat.

Since they came back in 1999, I do know they've only won there 3 times, the playoff game being the biggest shock.

The Browns aren't really good as we know, but they're intriguing. I expect a close game, one the Browns can win ( eliminate the idiotic penalties and they will win).

AI says the Browns beat the Steelers in Pittsburgh 13 times since 1970, it just feels like its only been 6.

Ok I did look it up, it's actually 7 wins in Pittsburgh since 1970, including the playoff game?

    LOL

I Googled the same question again and got this…

The Cleveland Browns have beaten the Pittsburgh Steelers on the road 21 times since 1970. This record reflects the total number of road wins for the Browns against the Steelers in the regular season and playoffs during that time period.

At that rate we may have never lost in Pittsburgh. Lol

Only 3 games to choose from for the CBS day game, so our Brownies get some pretty good coverage this week.

ALL of Ohio and every state we border gets the game. Pretty much all of the east coast gets the game except stations that are beholden to NE, NO and Miami.

Mothafuckin’ Texas is in the house. As is Oklahoma, where the winds come sweepin’ down the plains.

We say aloha to Hawaii this week. They are clearly intrigued to watch the progress of Hawaii 5’9, Dillon Gabriel, who l only recently learned is the 3rd currently active QB from the state of Hawaii in the NFL, the others being Marcus Mariota and Tua Tagovailoa.

And there’s a weird little section of northern CA just north of Sacto that gets the game, which includes the city of Chico, CA. Chico means boy in Spanish, and it’s home to the National Yo-Yo Museum, and inconsequentially also the birthplace of Aaron Rodgers.

AI is pulling incorrect (as well as correct) information from all over the Internet.  You cannot trust it.

the stupidest thing is that if they didn't wang the Vikings game this actually would have been a much bigger game. This is probably the most 'gettable' the division will be for the next five years- sigh.

I thought this was weird. Eff you Mr Goodell

Very strange they would allow this to happen. Not good for the Browns' chances.

Key Matchups for Browns - Squealers game:

    https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/pro/browns/2025/10/12/browns-steelers-preview-dillon-gabriel-pittsburgh/86644558007/

Cam Robinson best have his quicker feet going. I think he may surprise people.

I think the Browns defense slams the Pittsblurg running game.

and I think it's going to be a tough time for the Browns offensive line, Gabriel may shine or get sacked five times....

    going to be crazy.

I believe that was on the team, they wanted the bye later in the season, so um the league had nothing to do with it

It’s not good when the sideline reporter is taller then your QB

She must be tall, because during last week's game Gabriel was listed at 6'0 and from Oregon. ?
