? I might have to Robin Hood that part in bold at some point on ya Aggies.   It sounds like Mateer is going to try to play.

Thanks - me too Dutch!   This is a reminder of how much more competitive the Big 10 has become in recent years.  Indiana and Illinois used to be a gimme for the most part.  I might be jumping the gun on Illinois (because they got their fannies tasered vrs Indiana).  Aside from Mendoza, I'm looking forward to seeing WR Elijah Sarratt a lot more than Illinois was...  We've already seen how good Oregon is on both sides of the ball vrs Penn State.

Here's some stats for Sarratt and info from Google...

    image.png.7499e30a7dc5391e9704c367c3492a0d.png

Elijah Sarratt is a 6'2", 213-lb senior wide receiver for the Indiana Hoosiers. His 2024 season stats include 53 receptions for 957 yards and 8 touchdowns, with a standout performance in the Old Oaken Bucket game against Purdue. Career-wise, he has recorded 177 receptions for 2,847 receiving yards and 29 touchdowns across his college career, placing him second in the Big Ten for career receiving yards.

Nothing says "We interrupt this marriage to bring you football season" quite like it.  I have a plaque from my wife with that on it in the man cave.  It comes in handy for her during "Revenge of the Warden season" when there's gymnastics, figure skating or dancing on TV when football is over...

  • Indiana/Oregon

Georgia/Auburn.  Always a tough game for both.

    LSU/S Carolina has appeal

I've actually gotten to like "The Voice" which she allows me to record when it conflicts with MNF as long as the next two nights we watch that and the Tuesday night recorded Voice on Wed night. ??

He’s good but if I had to pick I’d take -Carnell Tate with that Jax 1st round pick.   Hands, route running and phenomenal sideline body control.  If you haven’t Watch him set up that Minnesota DB last week.  Good character from what I hear.

And the OSU history of WRs doing well at the next level.

I’ve been banging the drum on Sarratt since last year. He really pops on the screen. Good hands and good shifty moves. I thought he was draft eligible last year.

I don’t know if he’s first round worthy, but l think he’s got the goods to make it in the NFL.

Yes - you have IBB.  I think you talked about him again this year after Indiana beat Illinois decisively.  I agree with you. I also like his 6'2" size to go with his hands and agility.  Reminds me a little of Amari Cooper when he was coming out of Alabama.  Speaking of Alabama, Indiana HC Curt Cignetti was Nick Saban's WR Coach at Alabama from 2007-2010.

  • Indiana/Oregon

    OKLAHOMA for a QB look.

    Alabama/Mizzou...two top ranked teams

Georgia/Auburn.  Always a tough game for both.

There's some pretty good games this weekend, and possibly five draftable QBs in that short list, depending on if some of the players above declare early.

Oregon's Dante Moore is skyrocketing upward, but if he were to declare he'd have less than 20 college starts. I really do not like that.

    Kid is super talented though.

  • Under the radar but ASU Utah should be a good game and there are some top end prospects in positions of need.

    Spencer Fano OT Utah.

    Jordan Tyson WR ASU

    Caleb Lomu OT Utah

    Sam Levitt QB ASU

Are any of them top 3 picks ?

Fano is the top tackle, but he seems to be a right tackle.

Jordan Tyson is the top WR, so maybe?

He is and I agree on starts.

I look at starts differently than most. I think the number of starts for a QB  tells you more about a prospects floor over his ceiling.

Well done!  He's also listed at 6'3" by ESPN. Here's what he's done statistically this year:
