The Official Browns at Steelers Game 6 Thread

I hate to jump on the blame train but out Oline play is truly awful. KT Leveston may truly be the worst OT l’ve ever seen play the position in a Browns uniform.
Can we just do away with the OT position altogether? Revolutionize the game of football with 3 Olinemen and like 5 TEs and/or Fullbacks to fill in? Opposing defenses won’t even know what’s going on for the first quarter or so. Hell, l won’t even know what’s going on and it’s my bright idea, but at least it might be watchable.
Not drafting any O-lineman falls on the FO, but the hillbilly owner doesn’t know that.

They could've drafted one in the 3rd round instead of overdrafting a career back up.

The fact that Dawand Jones can’t stay healthy and that Zak Zinter apparently is the OLine equivalent of Anthony Schwartz isn’t helping

Joel's aware...but it really doesn't help that we have to keep shuffling new Tackles into the lineup because the previous 'fill-ins' stink. There's bound to be preseason type mistakes in games.
After the game, veteran offensive lineman Joel Bitonio didn’t hold back when talking about this team and what they need to improve on moving forward.
“We can’t go three-and-out. We can’t have those negative plays. There’s 10-15 a game that are either someone unblocked or a penalty and that just kills your offense,” Bitonio said.

The missed assignments by the OL, or just straight up losing the rep, have been pretty bad all year. This is most noticeable at the tackle spots.

1. We aren’t competitive enough to win the division. So while the statement in most seasons is true it doesn’t apply this year.
2. He started 4 games and we haven’t scored more than 17 points in any of those games.
3. he’s just mad because he thinks this will keep the Bengals afloat and make the division lead closer than it needs to be…I disagree.

Flacco is 11-11 against the Steelers, Mikey wanted Browning

Joe Flacco is undefeated against the Steelers since 2019 at 1-0! He snuck in a win against them last year playing for the Colts

Right. We're constantly bringing in new Tackles to replace injured / crappy ones so there's bound to be screw ups and missed assignments...right?

Here's the reason we did that...and you don't have to be too smart to understand it...we did what's best for the Browns. We didn't have your best interest at heart Mr. Tomlin.
