Thus night game last night

  • Flacco even doing a read option for an 11 yard gain was something.

We didn't shelve flacco wasn't because he can't win games though, we sucked and wanted to evaluate the rookies I guess - which is sensible for a throwaway year.

  • Exposes how bad shitpanski is.  Flacco doesnt even know the offense and put up more points that we can in 3 games

    Can't hide from that.

Believe it or not, you add fun to this place and you're a loyal dude.  That said, If we clean the cobwebs out of our brains - we don't need to hide. Flacco looked unemployable with our WRs & Pass Protection on the edges. In Cincy, one of his tackles has made multiple Pro Bowls at RT and LT. Here's what his WRs did to Pittsburgh last night:

Keep in mind, Higgins could have scored a TD late but slid down at Pitt's 5 yard line so his team could eat clock down with a 1st and goal instead scoring his 2nd TD of the night.

You/We can keep blaming the HC for everything (some of it deserved - some of it is misplaced).  This owner has fired the HCs his FO hired while the same FO has drafted a ton of guys we're stuck complaining about for far too long.  But YES, the Freakin pre-snap penalties suck and the play-calling/playbook leaves a lot to be desired. When your gridiron chess pieces are mostly pawns up against your opponent with way more attack pieces - it's not if your opponent gets you in checkmate. It's when he has you in checkmate.

If we're willing to look at the bigger picture examining why this team always seems to be headed down this road - Winning girdiron chess matchups is all about who has the more legitimate attack pieces.  We've seen Flacco as a victim of this and as recently as yesterday - a beneficiary.  So, WHO is responsible for accumulating all of this talent on offense and defense?  The FO right?  When it's time to fire the HC and hire the perceived upgrade - who does the owner lean on to get the perceived candidates and interview them? His FO right?  Sometimes there's consultants out there like Ernie Accorsi in the past willing to give advice/guidance to the Owner & FO.

I join your frustration though; because blindly spending money in a merciless AFC North makes it feel like Randy Lerner is still here at times.  Good guy - bad owner.

  • This feels like the Twilight Zone in the AFC North.

It won’t get much easier than this year to win the division, but when your team is the worst of the worst.

    I guess there’s always next year…again.

  • While it's absolutely true that going from probably the worst WR core in the NFL to the best makes a big difference in being successful, it's hard to argue that this organization and regime continues to be a mockery of the sport. Even with that being true, trading a QB from your team to a division rival and having that dude torch the same team who smacked you upside the head 4 days ago just looks stupid. God what I wouldn't give just to have this team be competent over a 5 year stretch.

  • I really enjoyed the game last night and was rooting for Cinci, TBH Flacco looked like his 2023 form when Amari a competent receiver was here who could keep defenses honest. This is essentially a rebuild year, Jeudy is underperforming after a break out year and Dawand Jones being knocked out with a dirty blow was unfortunate. What's the point of seeing Flacco out there rather than the rookies? Contributing to Pittsburgh's collapse this season will be golden as we can't get anything out of our guys.

Per the bolded part above - doesn't it CD?

Might as well double up the next year thing with "Want Entertainment? Wait Til Brook Park!"

Need a sneak preview?  Watch what's going on at Jerry's Palace on Game Day.  For an owner that won 3 Super Bowls once upon a time - that's become a 3 Ring Circus with the most expensive Cotton Candy in America. It's all about distracting the customers that are overpaying to walk through the doors.  As soon as they enter, give them the eye candy they need like all those Hotties dressed up as Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders; and it's FREE before they pay $15 a beer.  As soon as the football disappoints, you go take a power squirt, wash your hands, then go stand in line for way overpriced food.  That said, you can't beat the type of people watching you'll prolly get treated to while you're waiting to spend another small fortune on food and beverage. By the time you get back to your seat - you haven't even seen the kind of hurtin that's been placed on your favorite team (that you can't even remember why they've embedded place in your chest).

Yes "WAIT TIL BROOK PARK!"  At least we can dream like other other NFL fans that we'll have every opponent right where we want em. If not, they better be every bit as good at distracting the home crowd as Jerry Jones & Family is down in Texas.

  • Shithispantski needs to go, plain and simple.

Flacco is flourishing under competent coaching and playcalling. Shithispantski is problem #1 (besides Haslam, who can't be fired). Shithispantski is a control freak, every year it's the same B.S. - "Shithispantski is considering giving up play calling", "Shithispantski has now given up play calling". Shithispantski can't develop a QB, he just can't. This team is undisciplined and unmotivated. We're seeing 2023 was the product of Van Pelt and Schwartz.

We absolutely need to take a WR with one of our three picks in the first two rounds. Mendoza/WR/OL with the first three picks or something along that line.

  • i loved the game fuck tomlin and pit

  • Watching Pitt DB's Jalen Ramsey and Porter Jr get used and abused was very entertaining

  • Kind of demonstrates the value of some good receivers does it not?

  • "In the recent game on October 16, 2025, the Cincinnati Bengals defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers 33-31. Joe Flacco threw for 342 yards and three touchdowns, while Ja'Marr Chase set a franchise record with 16 receptions for 161 yards.www.bengals.com.ico"

342 yards, three TDs, and stupanski looks like a worthless twit as a head coach.
